If you use the Website to buy products from us, the Terms and Conditions will apply to your purchase. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to buy products through the Website.

ORDERS
To purchase you must be at least 18 years old, you must provide us with your full, correct name, your contact and payment details, and you must own a valid payment method that works on the Website. If the items ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail (or by telephone if an email address has not been provided), and you will be offered the alternative of either waiting for the product to be made available or cancelling your order.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to limit quantities (including after you have submitted your order). Once you press the ‘submit order’ button, you grant us permission to process your order as requested.

All orders represent expression of an offer to purchase from us. We retain the right to reject such offer at any time. Any automated acknowledgment of your order that you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice to you. Prices shown are inclusive of USA Value Added Sales Tax but do not include other taxes which may apply.

A confirmation email will be sent out regarding the dispatching of your order for delivery. This email and the debit your credit, debit card or PayPal account is confirmation and acceptance of your order. Please remember that when we accept your order, there will be a legally binding contract.

Unless otherwise agreed, your order will be delivered within 30 days of confirmation of your order. Should we for any reason not be able to deliver your order within 30 days of confirmation of your order, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

We may be unable or refuse to accept your order because: a) one or more items may be unavailable; b) there are difficulties in processing the payment; c) your chosen payment method has been refused; d) we have identified a pricing or product description error; e) you fail to meet our order eligibility criteria; f) you have failed to comply with our Terms and Conditions; or f) for any other reason determined by us on a case by case basis.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Thank you for your patience while shipping is taking longer due to high demand and expanded safety measures in our distribution center. In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we are still fulfilling orders and working diligently to minimize shipping delays while putting the safety of our staff first.

We strive to process orders placed before 11am (Monday – Friday) on the day the order is received. Orders placed after 11am will be processed the next business day. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or holidays. Deliveries are made by third-party couriers. By placing an order on the Website, you agree to the conditions of carriage of our delivery partners. Orders in the United States will be delivered by USPS, UPS and Fedex.

You assume the risk of loss once the shipment been delivered to the delivery address specified by you. We accept no liability for an incorrect delivery address or when you fail to collect the shipment from the delivery address specified.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • USPS Standard Delivery (2-5 business days after dispatch): Free Shipping
  • USPS Priority Mail Delivery (2-3 Days after dispatch): $15.00
  • Fedex Ground (2-4 Days after dispatch): Free Shipping
  • UPS Ground (2-4 Days after dispatch): Free Shipping

Important information: Shipping/Courier companies will leave the order at the address provided by you. You must ensure that you are able to take delivery without undue delay and at any time reasonably specified by Shipping/Courier companies.

Where a parcel is returned to us because of incorrect or incomplete address details there will be an additional postage charge to resend your parcel. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is correct and able to accept deliveries, as we do not accept responsibility for incorrect address details or difficult conditions concerning delivery.

We make every effort to always deliver within our estimated times. However, there may be circumstances where delivery is delayed because of events beyond our reasonable control. Please note that due to the high volume of orders during a price discount sale or holiday season, delivery may be delayed.  If this happens, we will try and arrange for your products to be delivered as soon as possible. However, we will not be liable for any losses caused because of such delay.

SECURE TRANSACTIONS
Payments are made by a major credit or debit cards through the PCI-DSS level 1 electronic payment platform "Stripe" or via your PayPal account. We will validate your credit/debit card before accepting your order. We will try to contact you if your card is declined after you have placed your order, but this may not be possible. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of your order.

We take precautionary measures to ensure the safety of your private information and payment details. But in the absence of negligence on our part, we are not liable for any loss caused by a third party obtaining unauthorized access to data provided by you.

CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICY
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchase to us for a refund, replacement, or exchange within 30 days of purchasing your order, provided the product is in its original, unopened, unused, and undamaged condition. If you return a product, then you must also return any exclusive gift you received with purchase or you will be charged the full value of the gift.

It is important that you check your order upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise, then these need to be reported to us immediately.

Before attempting to return an order, you will need to contact our customer service team by email at info@radiant-professionalusa.com to request a returns authorization reference number.

To exercise the right to return an order, you must complete the section Return / Exchange enclosed with your original order and place it in the return package with the receipt/invoice. Please make a copy of the receipt/invoice for your records and return your online order to our Distribution Centre at Glamzy LLC, 12651 Zenith, Ste.108, Burnsville MN 55337.

For reasons of security, we recommend you send the return product by using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides an acknowledgment of receipt.

Returns will usually be processed within 7 business days of receipt. Requests for exchange will be handled promptly and an exchange product will be shipped standard delivery. Allow 3-5 working days for refunds of the amount paid to appear in your account.

Return shipping costs will NOT be reimbursed unless the return is required due to our error. We will not refund shipping costs to return any product due to reported damage or fault where no damage or fault was found.

Only products purchased on Website may be refunded or exchanged.  Items received outside of our 30 days return period will not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to close your online account in the event of repeated returns.
