Shipping Methods

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States only.

SHIPPING COST
Free standard shipping on all orders. There is no minimum order value.

DELIVERY TIME
Orders are delivered by USPS and arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch.

ORDER PROCESSING
We aim to process orders placed before 11am (Monday to Friday) on the same day. Orders placed after 11am are processed the next business day. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

DELIVERY AND RISK
Deliveries are made by third-party couriers. By placing an order you agree to the conditions of carriage of our delivery partners. You assume the risk of loss once the shipment has been delivered to the address you specified. We accept no liability for an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect a shipment.

Couriers will leave the order at the address you provided. Please make sure someone can take delivery, that the address is safe from weather, and that your mailbox is large enough for parcels. We are not responsible for goods damaged or spoiled by weather conditions or by the actions of the courier.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, an additional postage charge applies to send it out again. Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

DELAYS
We make every effort to deliver within the estimated times. Delivery may be delayed by events beyond our reasonable control, or during sales and holiday periods. If this happens we will arrange delivery as soon as possible, but we are not liable for losses caused by such delays.
