Payment Methods

HOW YOU CAN PAY
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

SECURE PAYMENT
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure system and are encrypted in transit. We never see or store your full card number.

WHEN YOU ARE CHARGED
Your card is authorized when you place the order and charged before your order is dispatched. The confirmation email you receive, together with the charge on your card, confirms that we have accepted your order.

DECLINED PAYMENTS
We validate your card before accepting an order. If your card is declined we will try to contact you, but this is not always possible. If payment cannot be completed, the order will not be dispatched.

PRICES AND SALES TAX
All prices on the Website are shown in US dollars. Prices do not include state and local sales tax, which is calculated and added at checkout where required by law.

CURRENCY
We charge in US dollars. If your card is issued outside the United States, your bank may apply a currency conversion or foreign transaction fee. Any such bank charges are payable by you.

REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. See our Returns Policy for details and timescales.
